SHIPPING

The Bambi Base ships domestically within Australia and selected International Countries. We are currently working on expanding our list of International shipping locations.

Postage will be calculated during the checkout process. All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

DELIVERY TIMES WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders are shipped with Australia Post service.

Our turnover time is up to 2 weeks so we recommend ordering your products as far in advance as possible. Once your order is complete, your items will be securely packaged and posted within 2 business days.

Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on locations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. To purchase internationally (outside of Australia), please add your items to your cart and email us to receive a shipping quote.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with your tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to show.

LOCAL PICKUP 

Due to security issues, all local pickup options have been cancelled with the exception of wedding invitations and wedding day stationery and signage or large items where applicable. We offer shipping on all of our online store items.
