SHIPPING POLICY
PLEASE NOTE: During sale and holiday periods, we ask that you please allow extra time for your custom order, dispatch and delivery due to the high volume of orders.
SHIPPING
The Bambi Base ships domestically within Australia and selected International Countries. We are currently working on expanding our list of International shipping locations. If you can't see your country at checkout, please add all of the items to your cart and email us for a shipping quote and to add the shipping costs to your cart before checking out.
Postage will be calculated during the checkout process. All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.
DELIVERY TIMES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All orders are shipped with Australia Post service.
Our turnover time is up to 10 business days so we recommend ordering your products as far in advance as possible. Once your order is complete, your items will be securely packaged and posteds.
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the delivery companies, and may vary depending on locations.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. To purchase internationally (outside of Australia), please add your items to your cart and email us to receive a shipping quote.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with your tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to show.
LOCAL PICKUP
Due to The Bambi Base being a home based business, we have limited our pickup options to protect the safety of our family. If you would like to collect your items, please contact us prior to placing your order to request local pickup (Glenmore Park NSW). All pickups are non-contact. This means that we will put your order outside for you to collect at your requested day and time.
