Details:

  • Acrylic, double sided design
  • Choice of backing colour and choice of logo in 3D acrylic or flat.

Please note that you can select to have your logo added in either 3D acrylic or flat text, however for more detailed or logo's with fine details, 3D acrylic may not be possible and the logo may need to be flat. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm which will be best for you if you're unsure. 

Logo's:

Please use the form to upload your logo. We require a high resolution .ai, .eps or .pdf of your logo from your original graphic designer who created your logo. If you designed your own logo or do not have access to these files and your file is low resolution or incorrect format, we may need to redraw your logo in which case an additional fee will incur. We will let you know if this is the case when we receive your file and will give you the option to redraw for a fee or opt for your business name instead. Logo's with high detail may incur an additional fee.

Open Side Finish:

Each acrylic colour (with the exception of Mirror and Frost has one side Gloss and one side Matte. Please let us know your prefer the 'Open' side to be on the matte or gloss side of the acrylic.

How do I personalise my order?

Simply choose your product options, enter the name, wording or details you would like personalised, then select your preferred colours, fonts and finishes where available.

Each piece is made to order, so please double-check all spelling before checkout. If we notice anything that looks unclear, we’ll contact you before making your item.

For extra confidence, you can also use our font preview tool or leave a note at checkout if you need help choosing a style.

When will my order be made and delivered?

Each item is handmade to order, so please allow up to 10 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Once complete, your order will be shipped with tracking via Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but metro areas are usually faster than regional areas. We recommend upgrading to Express Post when you can.

Need your order for a specific date? Please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Can I see a proof before my item is made?

Most designs are created using the wording, colours and options you select when ordering.

For selected custom pieces, a proof may be available on request. If you would like to review your design before production, please leave a note at checkout or contact us before placing your order.

Please note that requesting a proof may add extra time to your order, as production cannot begin until the design is approved.

I want to make extra changes to the design, can I create a custom product?

Yes. If you have an idea that is not listed on the website, we may be able to create a custom piece for you.

Custom orders can include changes to wording, colours, sizing, shapes, materials, event signage, business signage, keepsakes or matching pieces for a special occasion.

To request a custom order, please contact us with as much detail as possible, including your preferred wording, colours, size, date needed and any inspiration images. We’ll let you know what is possible and provide a quote before your order is made.

Please note that custom orders may require extra design and production time, so we recommend getting in touch as early as possible.
